In the peace of a classified alley of La Noue and in a orchard of 4000m ², Antoine Guilbon welcomes you 250 meters from the sea (supervised beach the summer) and 400m from the center (Place des Tilleuls) where you can find all the useful shops, the animations and the market. To relax with friends or family, we offer a low-cost accommodation of 25m ² with two terraces composed of a living room and a bedroom area bunk beds, fully furnished and equipped with new equipment , great cleanliness (crockery, bedding, etc.) integrated in a set of 6 independent housing and walk-in, in a closed orchard of 4000m ², where there reign calm and tranquility. For your convenience, you will have WIFI access, a launderette (LL & SL) and two bicycle storage rooms. This accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people. It includes under a traditional frame: A corner room that can be equipped, either 2 bunk beds of a person (0.90m wide) or a bed of 2 people (1.40m wide), specify at the time of booking. A living room (adjoining the kitchen) equipped with a sofa bed "sofa bed" (high-end model with a real Bultex mattress for daily sleeping and not extra - 2x1,40m wide). A fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, hotplates, sink and cupboard, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso® coffee machine (with capsules) and filter coffee maker, small appliances, a dining area and LCD TV TNT. bathroom with shower and sink A separate toilet in the bathroom The house is equipped with electric heating One or two terraces with garden furniture and a parasol Outside, two covered bike shelters, two barbecue grills and a collective laundry (coin-operated washing machine and dryer) A car park, located in the fenced near the housing, is provided for the community.A large playground for children.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antoine (the owner) a message.

If Antoine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
