The villa "Les Alizés de Sofaïa" is a beautiful Creole style villa modern and naturally ventilated by the trade winds, located on the heights of Sainte Rose, in Sofaïa with a magnificent sea view on the "Grand Cul de Sac Marin" The Villa "Les Alizés de Sofaïa" is totally open to the outside, without vis-à-vis and offers large volumes: large living room (50m²), large terrace / deck of 100m² friendly overlooking the infinity pool (salt ) of 6 x 4. The villa welcomes you in a tropical garden, trees: coconut palms, palm trees, lemon ... The area is quiet and the villa is located 2 km from the center of Sainte Rose. 4 air-conditioned rooms: - a parental room clim. with bathroom, shower and toilet. King size bed 180 x 200, dressing. - an air-conditioned room with terrace and king size bed 180 x 200 - a bedroom air conditioning. with a 140x190 bed, closet - a bedroom air conditioning. with two beds of 90x190, cupboard A small living room equipped with a sofa bed, fan (for 2 people extra) A shower room, separate WC. A large living room, sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, Wifi ... A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, gas hob, dishes and utensils) Washing machine Outdoor seating, BBQ, hammocks . Rental for a minimum of 5 days.       How do damage deposits work?

      In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

      Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

      You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurent (the owner) a message.

      If Laurent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
