AMBER - The perfect place for your unforgettable summer holiday. A completely furnished apartment on the 4th floor, situated just a few steps away from the beauteous sandy beach of one of the most beautiful, calm and forested Black Sea resorts, St. Constantine and Elena, just 7 km from the heart of Varna and 15 km from Varna airport. It is suitable for couples, groups or families with kids. The apartment accommodates 6 people in its master bedroom with a wardrobe and a dresser, second bedroom with comfortable double pull-out sofa and a wardrobe, living room with double pull-out sofa with convenient mattress, full bathroom, kitchen and a cozy panoramic terrace for relaxing with fresh drinks in hand after a long day at the beach. It is provided with an air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, etc. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, built-in oven with hot plate and extractor, microwave oven, hot water kettle, sandwich toaster and tableware. Prices include utilities, cleaning supplies, fresh linen and towels and parking. There is an option for long term rent 300Eur for students but not during the summer time.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Bilyana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
