Floral garden and terrace / solarium where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with lake view and Comacina Island.

The apartment, newly built, arranged on one floor is equipped with air conditioning. Fully furnished with fine quality furniture and consists of:

Large living room with dining table and sofa bed that can be used by 1 adult or 1 boy.

The apartment, on specific request, can be equipped with a travel cot and high chair for baby.

The living room with balcony overlooking the lake is adjacent to the garden terrace.

45-inch plasma TV with satellite signal, Sony amplifier and Dolby Sorraund Bose 5 + 1 complete use of the stay.

The bedroom overlooking the garden window is equipped with double bed,

wardrobe closet and back that can be used for exercises

gym.

The bathroom, with a garden view window has a shower, sink, bidet, wc and washer dryer.

The kitchen, with window and overlooking the terrace- garden for easy use, is equipped with every comfort, refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.

A snack table allows a quick snack.

The apartment is located on the western shore of Lake Como, in particular in the "Zoca de l 'oli" (oil basin) the northernmost point where the olive tree is grown. As a demonstration the property borders a beautiful field of olive trees. The village of Sala Comacina can be reached on foot in a few minutes where our guests will find some picturesque restaurants and enjoy a dinner with typical dishes of Lake Como. In particular, it is advisable to reach the Comacina island with a taxi boat service by stopping in the local restaurant which has hosted famous actors and show business people from over the world. Not to be missed ! (Closed for renovation )

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MILENA (the owner) a message.

If MILENA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
