Modern apartment with partial view to the sea and a pool, only 30m from the fantastic beach in the village of Salema.

This modern apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is well equipped.

The front balcony has views to the sea and street below, accessed from the living area and master bedroom. In addition, a secluded courtyard terrace at the rear has access from the kitchen, dining area and bedroom 2.

There is a shared swimming pool with surrounding terrace, with sun beds provided. Secure private underground car parking - a real bonus as parking in peak season in Salema is impossible, and your car stays cool.

The lovely Salema beach is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer, with kayak and paddleboard hire, sunbeds and boat trips available.

Salema has a good selection of restaurants, many overlooking the beach. Salema village retains much of its authentic character, with traditional buildings lining steep narrow streets.

Being right in the heart of the village you will have easy access to facilities, with a small bar next door, the highly commended Aqua na Boca restaurant downstairs, and other shops, bars and restaurants all close by.

Lovely apartment, great location, very clean

Such good value for money for a spotlessly clean two bed apartment. Literally metres from the beach. We went out of season so not everything was open but it is a lovely little place

Thank you for your feedback. As I explained at the time, the noise and extreme heat you experienced is not how Salema is most of the time. Unfortunately the bar next door does sometimes attract the people you have described, but as other reviews demonstrate, Salema is definitely not like this most of the time. A real shame that you did not get to see the Salema at its best.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
