If you want to spend a carefree holiday in a central area, 2 steps from the beach and the nightlife of Salerno then you should definitely book this lovely apartment! It is located in the historic center and then also at the center of the city. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a large open space with kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed matrimoniale.A request you can also have a culla.La kitchen is complete with everything (dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery , etc), oven and frigo.Dispone 2 bathrooms with shower, complete set of towels bagno.E 'with flat screen TV 32 pollici.Garage paid a few meters. Gentile cliente, la ringraziamo per tutti i consigli che ci ha dato, siamo una struttura che ha aperto da pochi mesi e grazie a lei ed a voi ospiti ne faremo buon uso per migliorare sempre di più........mi consenta però di farle un appunto; E' stato cosi descrittivo nell'indicare minuziosamente tutti i difetti e i lati negativi che per quanto possano essere tutti veritieri ha tralasciato l'unica cosa davvero imbarazzante. Quando si danno consigli agli altri, soprattutto sulla sporcizia, la persona non deve mai dimenticare di essere esso stesso pulito ed ordinato......quando sono entrato nel mio appartamento,alla sua uscita, ho trovato tutti i piatti e le pentole completamente luride e lerce, il secchio dell'immondizia pieno fino all'orlo, a terra i miei piedi facevano fatica a camminare poichè c'era della roba appiccicosa dovuta sicuramente al suo modo "educato" di mangiare. Ma in fondo io la capisco, la gente come lei, tende a parlare male delle strutture concorrenti che hanno recensioni più alte della propria.....AH NON VE L'AVEVO DETTO???? Questo signore ha un B&B a Putignano in Puglia e forse sarà andato in gelosia chi lo sa.......quindi tirando le somme oltre ad essere una persona disordinata e sporca non è nemmeno professionale poichè "caro ospite" parlare cosi male ed in questo modo di un collega non è per niente educato......TANTO LE DOVEVO.Buona Giornata

Why can't I call Juanito (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juanito (the owner) a message.

If Juanito (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
