Hi, sorry for the difficulty as you are our repeated guest. There are certain things which are out of our control like electricity and mobile network especially in coastal area.There is always next guest waiting to do the check in., so we have to keep the apartment ready & clean for the next guest on time & the next guest is not ready to wait and compromise as it is his right. It is necessary for the previous guest to vacate the apartment at 11.00 am.,so that we can keep the apartment ready & clean for the next guest. All the windows have mosquito nets and we have also provided mosquito repellent. It is made mandatory by the government for security reasons to keep hard copies of ID of guests for the record.As mentioned on our website, it is expected from all the guests to carry these copies at the time of check In. Regards
