Fabulous views from our beautiful 1 BR 1.5 Bath vacation Condo.On the 6th floor of a newer 9 story building Directly across the street from a lovely, quiet sandy beach The unit itself is fully furnished and comes equipped with linens and all kitchen utensils. The kitchen has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster ovenThe building has 24 hour security/doorman, A pool, 2 hot tubs (one near pool one on rooftop terrace), steam room, dry sauna and roof top terrace. We are located a short (10 minute) walk from the main boardwalk area of Salinas..close enough to access everything but a little removed from the crowds and noise.Water sports are plentiful here...boating, jet skis, fishing charters, whale watching excursions, surfing, SUP, and diving are all available nearby. More leisurely pursuits of Beachcombing, bird watching and sunbathing are also favorite activities.Excellent restaurants are all within walking distance, a mall with grocery and cinema is a short taxi ride away.First rate buses as well as shuttle service run regularly to the international airport in Guayaquil (about 2 hours by car 2.5/3 hours by bus). Local public transport is also readily available and taxis are quite affordable. A car is NOT necessary.This is a wonderful corner of Ecuador-you can see migrating Humpback whales, and seabirds (including blue footed boobies), Relax at the beach and enjoy some wonderful water sports and great weather.*January 2016 update* The construction next door has been completed! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beth (the owner) a message.

If Beth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
