Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a modern, spacious one bedroom apartment, away from the noisy Salinas Malecon, yet close to the best beach in the area. Chipipe beach is much nicer than Salinas beach, it is twice as broad, and far less crowded. The street the apartment is on, intersects the beach about 1/3 of the way round, which is even less crowded than the beginning near the yacht club.

Buona Vista apartment building is brand new just completed in Sept 2014 and very pleasantly designed with tall ceilings, wide staircases and doorways and a spacious feel. Common amenities include a pool, jacuzzi and shaded poolside seating area, and a rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the Salinas peninsula.

Mark was just great.

The apartment is just a short walk from the best beach in the area. Mark gave us a lot of very helpful information and responded right away to any of our queries. The apartment was clean and secure.

This condo is clean, comfortable and not far from the beach. It is a little ways. (about a 10 minute or so walk) away from the action on the Malecon which was okay with me. I enjoyed the walk along… More

Why can't I call Mark (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
