Great location 4th floor walk up apartment (no elevator), but in the Heart of Salinas-Ecuador. One block away from the beach by the Salinas Yacht Club area. A lot of big windows with a nice view provide a constant flow of clean fresh sea air through the apartment which improves the health condition of the renters. This is essential in a hot city such as Salinas. The apartment is located in a safe area near the following: Beaches, Water Amusement Park in Chipipe, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Bars, Hotels, Cafe, Internet- Cyber Stores, Casino, Shopping, Malls, Supermarkets, Food markets, Banks, ATMs, etc. The apartment is fully furnished. Big balcony, 3 big fans, 3 bedrooms with AC, TVs, DVDs and closets, 3 and a half bathrooms, hot water, laundry area with washing and dryer machine, kitchen-bar, dining and living room with 50 inches and bedrooms with 32 inches Smart TVs with Direct Tv. HD pre-pay cable service that is optional. The Split located in the living area is NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. But, could be included for an additional cost of $50 per week. The Direct TV HD pre-pay cable service for the 4TV sets is NOT INCLUDED either. But, can be added for an additional cost of $15 per week for every 2 TV sets. The apartment capacity is 6 people. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony area. Out of courtesy, we always provide ONCE time Only a toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bathroom so our guests will have something upon arrival. Towels are not included, but, as a courtesy, you can use the ones available in the property. The apartment also comes with the essential cleaning items (such as rags, broom, dusters, vacuum etc). Small Pets only upon approval (No large pets permitted)*ONLY the following amenities are included in the rental price: AC (air conditioning) service in the 3 bedrooms.- 3 big fans in the living & dining room. WI-FI service. Only local phone calls. Use of the Washing & Drying machine in the laundry area. Out of cortesy, we provide soap & toilet paper ONLY upon arrival.

Tenant is responsible for repairs of all damages. The renter is liable for any damages incurred which exceed the deposit ($300). The apartment must be returned in the same good functionality as it was received at check-in and an acceptable clean condition.

Thank you Martina for your review of the apartment. It was a pleasure having you and your family stay in our apartment during your visit to Salinas. I am sorry to hear that you felt the kitchen area was stifling even though it is adjacent to three enormous well-ventilated windows. An oscillating floor fan (as well as ceiling fan) is also provided with the apartment to be used at the guest’s discretion. The apartment is a fourth floor walk-up which is accessed by a stairway with motion-sensor lights. We have taken note of your concern and have since replaced the motion-sensor light on our floor with a normal bright light. Finally, about the locks, it is an Ecuadorian custom for the best security regardless if the door is equipped with self-locking features. The building is in one of the most safe areas of Salinas, as I am sure you can attest to after your stay. We apologize that the additional locks may have given you the wrong impression, but they are merely provided for the convenience of our guests and to meet all levels of security expectations.
