From the owner

Villa Harald is located in the village of Hiittinen in Kemiö archipelago. Accessible by car all year round. Distrance from Helsinki is 220 kilometers and the driving time is about 3.5 h. From Turku 120 km and 2.5h. Also ideal for meetings and trainings for business use. By Agreement, the hostess if necessary.

Description

Approximately 300 m2 in size, the villa is an exquisite and fully equipped new 3-storey mansion-style building. Tennis Possibility by agreement with other guests in the courtyard of the building. In the courtyard there are also 2 separately rentable smaller other villas: Helga and Björn.

On the top floor there are four 2-person bedrooms with balconies and a private shower and toilet. Upstairs there is also a TV-area + a large glazed balcony.

The middle floor has a large 14-person dining room, library, an inner porch and a large outdoor terrace with furniture, suiting for sun bathing. The kitchen, complete with crockery, gas and electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. In addition in the middle floor there is one 2-bed bedroom with ensuite toilet, shower and an own exit.

Downstairs for a moodier nigh out and also suitable for meetings and leisure, there is a pool table, a floor chess, a bar, a sauna and spa jacuzzi, a swimming pool with counter-current device, Internet connection, a video projector and a home theater. Outside there is a 15-person sun lounge with a BBQ and a dining table.

In the courtyard there is a summer kitchen with another BBQ as well as equipment to prepare smoky dishes. The sun shines all day on the plot, located on the fine sand beach. The water is shallow and the bay is sheltered. Ideal for families with children.

On the beach there is a sturdy large dock (draft 2.1 m) for a motor boat and a separate buoy point for sailboat. A rowboat is available at no charge.

Possibility for fishing and ice fishing. Fishing licenses are sold in R-kiosks across Finland.

Bringing pets to the villa is prohibited.

Nearby there is Meri-Teijo Golf which annually opens first in Finland.

Villa Harald has also a separate beach sauna.

It is 30 m2 and it's located behind Villa Harald. The beach sauna has it's own the seafront terraces. It also has a private bath room with kitchenware, also suitable for 2 people accomodation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
