LES CHENES, gîte en campagne et au calme, mitoyen et en duplex, meublé et équipé très confortablement, avec climatisation réversible, pour 5 personnes avec terrasse couverte et fleurie, table et chaises de jardin, donnant sur un jardin de 4000 m2 dans une ancienne exploitation agricole de 13 ha, tout proche du centre ville de SALON DE PROVENCE, ville de NOSTRADAMUS et berceau de la très célèbre PATROUILLE DE FRANCE,

Le séjour donnant sur la terrasse est meublé de 2 divans pouvant accueillir une personne chacun, coin cuisine équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge séchant, plaque vitrocéram 4 feux, four, micro onde, frigo avec congélateur, cafetière électrique, bouilloire électrique, grille pain, vaisselle, couverts ...)

L'étage est composé de deux chambres, l'une avec 2 lits une personne, l'autre avec 1 lit 2 personnes, salle d'eau avec wc,

Dans le jardin fleuri la piscine hors sol en bois de 6,50m x 4,50 m permet de se rafraîchir lors du long et chaud été provençal, une table de ping pong et un terrain de pétanque sont à votre disposition, bains de soleil, fauteuils et bancs permettent le repos et la convivialité,

Les marchés de la région sont très appréciés des visiteurs, SALON DE PROVENCE, à mi-chemin DES ALPILLES et DU LUBERON, permet de superbes ballades, une grande variété de paysages, MARSEILLE avec son célèbre VIEUX PORT, le MUCEM, les CALANQUES .......

Why can't I call Nicole (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicole (the owner) a message.

If Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
