Fully equipped apartment located in aparthotel with pool. It has a living room with two 90 cm beds and a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a full bathroom and a large terrace. It is centrally located, in a quiet street, 150 meters from the beach and 10 minutes from Port Aventura. Equipped with microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, washing machine and iron. TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED. Adapted building and with elevators. Animals are accepted in general, although it is necessary to consult first. Near train station, bus stop and taxi. It also has a travel cot for babies. Small (45 m2) but very complete, ideal for families with children and also for young people. For having a communal pool and being close to the beach, allows the enjoyment of water throughout the day. ATTENTION !: reservations for complete weeks, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. We ask for a deposit at the entrance of 300 euros, which will refund in full upon departure if there has been no damage. The apartment must be in the same state of cleanliness in which it is delivered. Otherwise, we retain € 80 deposit for payment of external cleaning. We ask that inside the housing not smoke, but the apartment has a spacious and comfortable terrace where we have no objection to smokers enjoy their hobby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
