Appartement T3 tout équipé vue mer 6 personnes, refait entièrement à neuf, moderne, composé de 2 chambres (lit 180 cm et meuble-literie enfants canapé ouverture à l'italienne , plusieurs placards et rangements, une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne , une cuisine américaine toute équipée , avec machine à laver le linge ,micro-ondes, plaque induction, hotte, four, barbecue électrique, bouilloire, une salle à manger/salon avec meubles modernes neufs dont chaise BB et lit BB ainsi qu’ une agréable terrasse sans aucun vis-à-vis offrant une vue splendide et inoubliable sur la mer et la baie de Salou. Vous disposez d’un solarium privatif sur les toits de l’immeuble. Par ailleurs, les lits sont faits à votre arrivée .

Activités :Plages en criques au pied de l'immeuble Emplacement idéal dans Salou car le centre ville n’est qu’à 5 mn' en voiture et 15 /20 mn’ à pied . ballades splendides en longeant la mer.Soleil, calme et nature sont au rendez-vous 300 jours par an. Exposition ouest , magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la côte escarpée .proximité des commerces, restaurants et jeux à 100 m. Coin authentique et très paisible malgré la proximité de l'animation estivale , sans toutefois en avoir les inconvénients et les nuisances sonores .Parcs d’attraction à 15 mn’ en voiture (Port Aventura /Aquatic Park)Terrain de golf à 10 mn' .Tennis à 5mn'

Appartement is echt top. Mooi uitzicht, prima locatie, modern ingericht, proper en ruim. Enige minpunt : matrassen van bedden zijn aan hernieuwing toe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
