DESCRIPCIÓN EN ESPAÑOL:

Club Casablanca se encuentra a 6h de Quito en vehículo.

El complejo es tranquilo y seguro, con guardias las 24 horas.

La temperatura, tanto fuera como dentro del agua, está siempre alrededor de 25 grados centígrados, lo cual es ideal para estadías a cualquier momento del año.

I. INFORMACION DEL DEPARTAMENTO:

Ubicado en el segundo -y último- piso, el departamento tiene su propia entrada con escaleras externas y ofrece una linda vista hacia la piscina y el Océano Pacífico.

La piscina se encuentra al pie del departamento y la playa a 20 metros.

Es de 120 m², y luminoso con ventanas en todas las habitaciones y en los baños.

Está completamente amoblado, tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, comedor y sala con cocina abierta, y una terraza.

Dispone de 5 camas: 1 cama doble en el cuarto Master, y 4 camas simples (son 2 camas nido) en el segundo cuarto.

La capacidad es para 6 personas.

Cuenta con Carpa de playa.

II. PARQUEADEROS:

Cuenta con 2 parqueaderos numerados asignados al departamento.

III. INTERNET:

El departamento cuenta con WIFI.

IV. TELEVISIÓN:

TV Smart. Puede acceder a Youtube y a su cuenta de Netflix.

V. SERVICIO DE COCINA y LIMPIEZA:

Recomendamos a Irene a quien conocemos desde 22 años.

Sus servicios son independientes, y de 23 $ diarios. Pedimos a nuestros huéspedes que por favor se le cancele en efectivo para sus servicios.

VI. MERCADOS CERCANOS:

Dentro del club, a 10 minutos a pie del departamento se encuentra un restaurante, un mercado, y mesones de vendedores de pescado y mariscos.

Además, el club se encuentra a 5 minutos en vehículo del pueblo Tonchigue donde hay farmacias, varias tiendas, café internet, gasolinera, etc…

VII. REGLAMENTO DEL CONJUNTO:

1. Las MASCOTAS NO están en el conjunto, tampoco la música en volumen exagerado pasado las 12am.

2. Es prohibido llevar comida o bebidas en envases de vidrio al sector de la piscina.

3. La Capacidad Maxima del departamento es de 6 personas.

DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH:

Located on the pacific coast in Club Casablanca within drive 6H from Quito, the resort is peaceful, gated, well secured with guards on a 24h basis.

The year-round temperature outside and inside the water is around 25 degrees C which makes it ideal for stays at any time of the year.

I. APARTMENT INFORMATION:

Located on the second -and last- floor, the apartment has its own private access and offers a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the Pacific Ocean.

The space is of 120 m2, and bright with windows in every area. It is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining area and living room with an open kitchen, and a terrace.

The swimming pool is located steps away from the apartment, and the beach within 20m.

There are 5 beds: 1 queen bed in the Master bedroom and 4 single beds (these are 2 trundle beds) in the second room.

Capacity: 6 guests.

Beach Tent available.

II. PARKING:

Guests have access to 2 numbered parking spaces.

III. INTERNET:

The apartment has WIFI.

IV. TELEVISION AND DIRECT TV:

The apartment has a Smart TV. You can access Youtube and your Netflix account.

V. COOKING/CLEANING SERVICE:

We recommend Irene whom we have known for 22 years.

Her services are independent, and of $ 23 per day. We ask our guests to please pay her in cash for her services.

VI. NEARBY FOOD and MARKETS:

Inside the resort, at 10 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a mini-market, seafood stands, and a restaurant.

In addition, at 5 minutes drive from the resort is a village called Tonchigue where there is a gas station, pharmacies, sea food stands, food stores, internet cafe, etc...

VII. APARTMENT COMPLEX RULES:

1. PETS are NOT allowed in the apartment complex, neither is loud music past midnight.

2. It is prohibited to take food or drinks in glass containers near the pool area.

3. The Maximum Capacity is for 6 persons, including children on all ages.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eric (the owner) a message.

If Eric (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
