Chloe is a 55 m2 awarded apartment (TripAdvisor award of excellence, AMA 82990), comprising of an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with full patio doors leading to a large balcony with breathtaking views of Ithaka, the bay of Sami, and the small beach underneath. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a large umbrella plus deck chairs or sun loungers. In this tastefully decorated area there is a large corner sofa (which can be used as a double bed accommodating two extra persons), a stool, a coffee table, mini stereo system, a dining table with 5 matching chairs and a great marble fireplace. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, NESPRESSO machine, SMEG hob and oven, chinaware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots, pans & cutlery. There is also a separate double bedroom with a full sized mirrored wardrobe, TV and views to the sea through the large patio doors. The single bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and boasts a small home office. The bathroom comes with hydromassage shower.
As well as receiving a complimentary welcome basket our guests receive free WiFi. All windows have sliding mosquito nets and all rooms have air conditioning for your comfort. A hairdryer is provided, plus an iron and ironing board. A cot, high chair and baby bath tub are available on request. Towels and linens are included. No smoking or pets allowed inside. Free parking. Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment. Check in time after 14:00. Check out time until 10:00. During siesta time (15:00-17.30pm) noise must be kept down. The common swimming pool will be opened the 15 April and will be closed at the end of October.

It is large with spectacular sea views overlooking the bay of Sami and the island of Ithaka, an ideal place to spend your afternoon watching the boats passing by. The apartment is exceptionally well positioned so you dont need to use a car unless you want to explore the whole island. Everything is in walking distance! A small quiet beach (shingle) with large eucalyptus trees is right in front of the house. Nearest organized beach is Sami at 1.5 km. A 20 min drive from Karavomylos is the famous Myrtos Beach (white sand and pebbles, blue-turquoise waters), voted one of the best beaches in the world.Other small beaches are only 5-10 min drive away, as well as monasteries and ancient ruins. Antisamos beach, setting of the film Captain Correlis Mandolin, is ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving, and is about 15 minutes drive. Swimming, hiking, horse riding, beach-combing, scuba diving, bird watching, snorkeling, bay fishing, paddle boating and sightseeing. Football, basketball and tennis courts within five minutes walk.The position of the apartment makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine a vacation by the sea and the mountains.
