This villa is one of the three self catered villas of the complex “Emily Villas” with a shared pool and is located in the area of Sami, approx. 900m away from the center. The villa is designed with purpose to emphasize the contact with nature and allow guests to enjoy the most of the time outdoors. Many relaxation areas are arranged and invite guests to relax while admiring the stunning mountain views and enjoy the summer breeze.

A big shared pool enriches the context surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas while on one side a nice pergola houses the built in barbecue, and next to it the outdoor dining area is a perfect spot to gather in the quiet summer evenings.

A Health Center is located in Sami.

Within approx. 15 km away you reach the amazing Myrtos beach (voted one of the top ten beaches in the world). Also in approx. 5 km you will find Antisamos beach with stunning mountain view.

Why can't I call Alexandros (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexandros (the owner) a message.

If Alexandros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
