Luxurious villa in liberty style, elegantly refurbished, 500 sq. m., ideal for 10 persons with 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with shower and a guest bathroom. Ideal for groups of friends or families, the villa is in a large fenced park with private swimming pool and panoramic terrace for outdoor appetizers. Villa Rinaldi has WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms, central heating, barbecue and parking.

Outdoors and Swimming pool

An elegant gate leads to a tree-lined lane which immerses you in the park’s enclosed greenery, with lawns with old trees where you will find the swimming pool’s terracing in white travertine with charming privacy. Externally paved, the pool is 12 metres by 7 with a depth of 1.5m, with a circular central area with hydromassage. The bathing area has an outdoor shower, beds and beach umbrellas perfect for the whole day. The villa has various relaxing areas as well as an amazing panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside complete with outdoor living area. Parking in the property.

Interior

Elegantly furnished in a classic style, the villa has marble siding, decorations, interesting textiles and curtains. The house is on two floors with an indoor staircase, whilst the floor at the swimming pool level has a separate entrance. On the ground floor is a sumptuous hall with two living rooms on one side, with fresco paintings, ornamental fireplace and satellite TV, and a study, on the other there is the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The guest bathroom completes this floor. The bright hall has a marble staircase leading to the first floor, with 4 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower (2 with hydromassage), all with air conditioning. The basement floor follows the natural inclination of the terrain as in on the same level as the pool, with independent access. This floor has a completely different, more modern style, is 70 sq. m. and has a dining room with cooking area, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and washing room with dryer.

The property is in the heart of Tuscan countryside in a panoramic position, ideal for a relaxing holiday or for exploring the beautiful area around Florence.

Villa Rinaldi has WiFi, central heating, air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms, baby bed, high chair, barbecue, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms and parking.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, water and gas (not including heating), baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are cookery courses, dinners, wine and food tours, tour guide, hired help and babysitter.

Important information

Check in is between 3pm and 7pm (arrivals after 7.30pm are charged a supplement of 25 Euros. Arrivals after 21.00pm are charged a supplement 40 Euros). Prior arrangements must be made for all arrivals different from the normal times. Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. Weddings or events are not permitted. Tourist tax, final cleaning and electricity to be paid at check-in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
