From the owner

Chalet Nordchamp is a modern, light and spacious chalet, with a wood-burning stove, sauna and outdoor hot-tub. We operate as a catered-chalet during the ski season, and is available for self-catered rentals at other times. Being owner-run, we really care about making a great holiday for our guests.

The large open plan living area has a dining area to seat up to 14 people when the tables are fully extended. Big sofas and comfy armchairs make for a relaxed space to unwind. Choose a book from the library, and if you haven't finished it at the end of the stay, take it with you and pass it on to a charity shop when you're done.

All five ensuite bedrooms have comfy double beds with new mattresses & linens this year. The four upstairs bedrooms are huge, with high ceilings into the apex of the chalet roof. Roomy balconies come with gorgeous views (mountains on one side, and forest on the other). These first floor bedrooms are huge, plenty of room for yoga practice, and an extra bed for friends sharing a room.

The ensuite bathrooms are all tiled, with a roomy thermostatic shower, wall-mounted WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

All bed linen & towels are provided, so you've less to pack.

During the ski season, the chalet is available on a catered basis. We’re passionate about flavoursome food & great ingredients. Meals are relaxed and plentiful, and of course wine is included. Catered service includes:

- continental buffet breakfast (everyday)

- afternoon tea/coffee/cake (everyday)

- fizz apéro followed by 3 course dinner, 6 out of the 7 nights - leaving you one night to explore the local restaurants.

The ski area is the Grand Massif - 265km of awesome skiing - both in the tree-lined villages and high-up in the Flaine bowl. We hate walking in ski/board boots and reckon guests do too, so we offer a free minibus shuttle for lift drop-off & pick-up everyday.

The prices on this listing related to the ski season catered-service, and are priced per person, based on two sharing a twin/double room. Please get in touch for sole occupancy discounts for upto 14 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jayne (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jayne (the owner) a message.

If Jayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
