Villa Joya is located in the area of Sant Josep in the middle of the most beautiful Ibiza's beaches. In few minutes drive you can reach Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, while the center of Sant Josep with its typical restaurants, bars and shops, is at just 5 minutes drive from the property. In Sant Josep you can also find all the necessary services such as supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, etc.

Villa Joya has been projected by a renowned Spanish designer and it is nestled in a lush pine and eucalyptus forest between “Sant Josep de sa Talaia” and “Cala Tarida”. The villa is oriented towards the sunset and it offers panoramic views of the Ibiza's landscape, the Mediterranean sea and the islands of “Conillera”, “S´Espartar” and “Es Vedrá”. It is situated on a mountain and thanks to its natural downhill grades and slopes you will enjoy an optimal sea view from each space.

There are two separate lounge areas from where it is possible to admire the sunset and an outdoor table shaded by a vegetation covered trellis for al fresco dining, while the sun loungers spread around the pool offer a sleek counterpoint to the rugged stonework of the landscaping. By an architectural point of view, the house is characterized by its rounded-edged and hand plastered stucco, evoking the classic Ibiza style, and accented with minimalist touches. Inside, it is in immaculate condition, with top of the line fixtures and furnishings. The micro-cement floors in silver grey and stone bath tubs in the bathrooms, as well as the pure white for all walls and the use of teak and zebrano wood capture the light and feel of the island. You can enter the property through electric gates, which ensure absolute privacy and security.

The house is 320 sq m large. The main entrance leads to the living room (on the right), that has got sea view and is furnished with a large sofa and two matching easy chairs with two zebrano-wood coffee tables in the center, a fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, Blue Ray and music system for I-pod.

In front of the main entrance, there is the dining area which has a large solid wooden table and seats for 6/8 people.

The dining area leads to the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge, freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, separate wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, etc. From the Kitchen you can go outside through a door.

Left of the entrance there are two double bedrooms with independent access from the pool. Both have queen sized beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and sea view. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, while the second bedroom has a separate bathroom with walk in shower too.

The other two bedrooms are separate suites and can be accessed only from the outside. Suite one is upstairs, and can be accessed from an outdoor staircase leading to the right to a large bathroom with a cement stone tub. The double bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (2.00m x 2.00m), it has its own living room with fireplace. Two large glass windows with sea view open up to a private rooftop terrace provided with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The second suite is at ground level in a separate building. It contains a king size bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. This room can be accessed through its own private door or large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill out area. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

In total the grounds of this property spread over 2.450 sq m. A private driveway with electric gate leads to a large parking area. Past the parking and separated by a small wall, there are the infinity swimming pool (6m x 8m) with saline water, surrounded by sun loungers and the lounge area equipped with several separate sitting areas. Finally, on the other side of the villa, there is a table under shaded canopy where can sit 10 people, with built in barbecue.

Rental rules

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, final balance within 60 days prior to arrival.

Check in from 4 pm, check out at 10:00 am, rentals go from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay 1 week during peak season (July and August).

Outside of peak season it is possible to rent the property for less than 1 week (arrival/departure days are flexible).

3 hours daily cleaning (except for Sundays) included and full change on Saturdays.

Security damage deposit: 5.000 €, that will be returned 3 days after the end of the stay if no damages occur.

Final cleaning: 200 € to pay upon arrival
