" FINCA de CHILLOUT" Ibiza - SUITABLE as a YOGA or MEDITATION RETREAT. A romantic provincial house - private and peaceful located at San Agusti between San Antoni 7kms and San Joshep 4kms with International panorama views of the sea and San Antoni Bay.

New listing in July 2018 - is 385m2 restored and refurbished with a Modernist 60/70's interior Designer style Designer furniture, abstract art that creates a relaxing ambience - a private oasis far from the soulless commercialism and the maddening crowds of Summer ...a blissful space to return to at the end of each day !

Originally owned by an eccentric Swiss Art Dealer in the 60s and 70s which remains the Fincas theme today. Set high on a hill 2 minutes or a 1 km from the church of San Agustin Village. The best beaches and sunsets of Ibiza Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are only 10 minutes away !

The Finca has a back drop of pine forests with stone wall terraces below and scattered olive almond pomegranate and carob trees.

300 year old "Mother House" of the the local surrounding area - original and authentic with breathtaking sea and San Antoni Bay views - magic after sunset !

The Finca is on 2 levels with double height Entry Room Gallery. The entry has a Winter terrace a suntrap for the cooler months. Step into the Finca you enter via a Grand Entry / Gallery style room with high ceilings abstract art and fireplace. An adjoining large lounge room has extensive seating 2 leather lounges around a 2nd fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances for cooking and serving 10 guests. The kitchen has a Gaggenau gas cook top , a Gaggenau 4 season oven, dishwasher , RO filtered for drinking water, a larger ice making refrigerator freezer ect. The kitchen has an adjoining eating area inside OR out to the covered Summer terrace with exterior seating for 10 !

The Finca has a total of 5 bedrooms - 3 inside the finca and 2 external at the rear of the finca which are large double bedrooms ideal for guests or teenagers.

The Finca has a flexible usage suitable for 2 romantic persons (discounts on request) OR up to 10 persons / 2 families or a group of friends.

Bedroom No.1 is on the ground level double size with fireplace and the own large ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom No.2 is double size room with a fireplace and its own private terrace. The bedroom has a Queen size bed.

Bedroom No.3 is an ideal children's bedroom with bedding options of both 1 x King size bed or 2 x single beds. Both B/R No.2 and 3 are on the 2nd level.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are at the rear of the Finca - perfect for privacy from the rest of the Finca - ideal for friends and teenagers.

NEW for 2021 - a Moroccan style courtyard with pool and adjoining wine cellar/ st

The Finca has 3 terraces. One Summer terrace off the kitchen with large BBQ and large wooden table with seating for 10 guests making this an ideal place for meals during the warm Summer months. A 3rd terrace on the 2nd level has outstanding panorama views of the sea , San Antoni Bay and the surrounding provincial country side.

*the Finca in Spring 2018 has just been fully refurbished - repainted and restyled including rewiring new switches and power points and all new plumbing and fittings.

* All new kitchen with marble tops with high quality Gaggenau gas cook top , Gaggenau combo oven micro wave and grill - new large refrigerator with filtered chilled water and ice maker - new dishwasher - plus marble bench tops.

* Spring water is trucked in from San Rafel (the best water on Ibiza) and used in the finca - a big plus - rather than than the chemical loaded desalinated water most of the Ibiza has to endure - yuk !

*the Finca was designed to be naturally cool during the heat of Summer having 700mm stone walls - so no air-conditioning is required. Located on a hilltop with great air movement and breezes. the entry room as 2 large ceiling fans and each bedroom has cross ventilation and pedestal fans.

Quality Bath towels and an assortment of beach towels are supplied.

Bath towels are high quality 5 Star Hotel style.

Every 7th night FREE Finca cleaning and bedding and towel change i.e. for a 14 night booking. Additional cleaning is available on request.

I am the owner and your Host - I am available 24 hours 7 days per - if you have any more questions if I can make your stay more comfortable - please just ask ! :) Quality Bath towels and a assortment of Beach towels are supplied. Bath towels are high quality 5 Star Hotel style - replacement cost due to damage is 50e per towel. WARNING - NO Unauthorized persons allowed on the property - for additional persons found up to 12 persons in total at any one time - IF the number exceeds to Booked Number of persons then the extra rate will be 100e per night for the 7 nights and taken out of the key deposit -save a hassle declare the correct numbers at time of booking NOTE 3 times per week access is required for jacuzzi and garden maintenance.
