Located in one of the best tourist areas of the Canary Islands, on top of the mountain of San Agustin in the south of Gran Canaria, this fabulous and very spacious, luxury penthouse (exterior) fully renovated, with spectacular sea views and to the beaches, it has everything you need to make your stay very special. APARTMENT ON THE SITUATION: Perfectly away from the chaotic, with an ideal location within an exclusive complex of apartments / bungalows, you can make your daily purchases easily as it is located close to the "San Agustin Mall". Located halfway from several fantastic beaches from the apartment you can easily walk approx. 10 min. to Las Burras Beach, in 15 min. the Playa de San Agustin in 15 min. Veril the beach and 20 min. the Playa del Inglés. If adds another 20 min. walk you can access from the extension of Playa del Ingles to Maspalomas with its famous dunes. ON APARTMENT COMPLEX: Enjoy relax in the warm sunshine of the Canary Islands surrounded by beautiful palm gardens solarium the apartment complex. You can play a game of billiards or take a dip in the large swimming pool, while your children play in the large children's pool, both heated. Make use without any extra charge, hammocks and parasols available for guests, clothing and toilets of the apartment complex. Take a seat on the restaurant's terrace, overlooking the pool and palm grove, to taste dishes à la carte or set menu very much appreciated your kitchen. In the gardens, situated around the resort pool, you will find a pool table, a ping-pong and a playground petanque under the palms. Or if you wish, also without cost overrun, make use of the tennis professional tennis complex, which has regulatory measures and is equipped with synthetic floor. The apartment complex has a small supermarket to make their small everyday purchases. A larger supermarket SPAR and a wide surtimiento, numerous shops and various restaurants serving international cuisine will find them nearby, located in the San Agustin Mall. Just a few meters walk from the apartment complex you will find one of the best thalassotherapy centers in the Canary Islands, where you can enjoy the different circuits saunas, whirlpools and steam baths or you can hire any of the professional massages offered. A few minutes walk will have taxi and bus to travel quickly and conveniently to other beautiful beaches or way to the capital, Las Palmas, in the north of the island. If you want to park your rental car, we can offer 1 private parking a few meters away. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: This comfortable apartment fully furnished to detail, quiet air conditioning and WIFI internet access high speed, in addition to a space living-dining-kitchen with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean, has 2 bedrooms completely separative and 1 bathroom. Gaze out from the large window of the apartment spectacular view towards the sea horizon or to the beaches of San Agustin, Las Burras, Playa del Ingles and the dunes of Maspalomas, looking over one of the most peaceful areas of "St. Augustine". The living room has a comfortable sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. LED equipped with a flat-screen TV with over 400 channels of satellite pay open issue (English channels, French, German and Spanish ...) and Spanish channels via DTT. DVD player and a stereo music (MP3, CD and Radio) computer complete the equipment and make you feel like you're at home. The kitchen with high end appliances dishwasher, ceramic hob with hood, refrigerator with large freezer, oven and microwave. A selection of cutlery and tableware, and many other extras: toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, squeezer electric oranges, mixer, etc. A washing machine with drying function. Iron and ironing board complement the equipment. 2 bedrooms have large closets and comfortable beds wardrobes. The bathroom, with quality finishes (including hair dryer). Please note that access to the apartment for disabled people is not possible, and stay families with prams is not recommended, since access to the apartment and other resort facilities are basically measured by stairs, no Provided ramps or elevators that offer level access without barriers.

How do damage deposits work?
