Description

Villa Mollie a fantastic 6 bedroom villa within walking distance to the attractions of San Antonio Bay and San Antonio town - so a car is not necessary. The villa is modern, well equipped and boast 6 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite) Aircon* and Wifi. The spacious outdoor area includes a private pool, dining area and of course a BBQ. The villa appeals to groups and families a like wanting a quality villa with amenities close by.

Inside the Villa

In the main house you can find the spacious lounge area with a large L shape sofa, TV (with UK freeview) and indoor dining table. Leading from the lounge you have a small hallway with two bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bath/shower etc. The master suite also leads from the hallway and here you can find a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite with corner bath, separate shower and his and hers sinks. A small chillout room can also be found leading from the lounge towards the pool. The final room in the main house is the well equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge/freezer.

There are also 3 newly built suites leading from the pool area. These spacious suites are all twin rooms with large wardrobe space and en-suite bathrooms with rainforest showers.

Outside

Villa Mollie boasts fantastic outdoor space which is ideal for large groups and families. To the front on the villa there is a large porch area with seating. To the back you can find your very own private pool with gradual steps leading into it. There is a large terrace with palm trees surrounding the pool and plenty of sunbeds for you to relax on. You also have an outdoor kitchen area complete with charcoal and gas BBQ, sink, fridge/freezer and two shaded seating areas with large dining table and seats perfect for Al fresco dining.

For your convenience, there is also a pool shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

At the entrance to the villa you have a table tennis table to enjoy.

There is also a washing machine, safe, iron and hairdryer at the villa

In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small in resort supplement of 100€

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
