Questo appartamento appena ristrutturato è nel cuore di San Benedetto.

La sua posizione è ideale: situato nel centro vitale e pieno di negozi, è a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge del Lungomare.

E' un attico luminoso e ventilato, con una grande terrazza soleggiata e una ombrosa pergola, posto al quinto e ultimo piano di un edificio appena ristrutturato di una strada tranquilla.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato con grande cura nella scelta dei materiali e degli arredi.

Gli ambienti sono funzionali, dotati di tutto quello che occorre per passare una vacanza comoda e piacevole. I mobili, i colori, i materiali danno un'”anima” piacevole alla casa.

La grande terrazza regala ore piacevoli. Sotto la pergola coperta dalle cannucce e dal gelsomino si può leggere e chiacchierare; si può cenare dopo una giornata stancante al mare o bere un buon bicchiere di vino prodotto dalle cantine del Piceno.

San Benedetto offre non solo il mare. A pochi chilometri Ascoli Piceno, Offida e i tanti piccoli paesi della provincia accolgono il visitatore con le meraviglie dei centri storici ben conservati, con le tradizioni dei festival e delle rievocazioni storiche, con la ricchezza della gastronomia.

Due biciclette sono a disposizione degli ospiti, su pagamento di una piccola quota.

Dal 10 gennaio 2022 e fino alla fine della stato di emergenza in Italia (per ora stabilita al 31 marzo), per soggiornare nell'appartamento, sarà necessario esibire il Super Green pass al momento del check-in.

Why can't I call Lucia (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lucia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
