It's a very warm house with wooden floors and ceilings cypress, surrounded by a garden of 1100 m2, with unique views of the lake and the National Park. All rooms of the house (except bathrooms) have frank view of the lake and mountains with termopaneles windows and central heating. It has a play room with pool table and ping pong plus a double sofa bed and TV 32 inches, so that each generation has its own space. also it has a TV & DVD room with 2 armchairs 3 bodies, with 42 + hd + DVD + movies. It also has a wooden deck with sunshade canopy with table and chairs to enjoy family together to eat a roast or chopped or see the colors of sunset over the lake and mountains. The large garden with lawn and flowers, has a grill, to join the family in the shade of the gazebo near the deck. fully equipped kitchen, to perfect your recipes. In short, it is a house with amenities to enjoy, varied environments, so that each generation has a separate space with unique views of the lake and mountains and surrounded by a unique and wild place, the National Park Nahuel Huapi. For this spring and summer 2017/8, TE will pay (free, no charge) A ON TOP KAYAK plastic SIT FOR 2 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD (Atlantic kayak triplo) with 3 lifejackets and two oars, so you can enjoy the lakes to the fullest. You just have to bring the roof rack of your car or request them to rent a car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rafael (the owner) a message.

If Rafael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
