The site is a VERY Walk friendly location that is close to the Trolley & train station!! We call it a Roomy Casita - private house with 1 bedroom/ 1 bath (shower over tub), living room, kitchen and your choice of dining tables inside & outside. Perfect for a couple/small family, or 4 friends that can share 2 queen sized beds. Eat at home with full kitchen including settings for 4, full sized stove & refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and a BBQ on the deck! Many amenities have been added for a convenient home-like stay. Free parking included. A large private exclusive use patio with about 15x20 area with seating, lighting and BBQ. There's high speed private secure wireless internet, a desk table with light and 2 USB power outlets for your laptop or tablet work or research. 49" TV flat screen for watching Netflix movies or local channels.

Comfortable couch for lounging that has a comfortable Serta brand queen sleeper tucked inside. The bedroom has a dream sleep queen size pillow-top bed, night stand, clock radio, bed lamp, floor lamp, and bench seat & stool, with a ceiling fan/light, full sized bedroom closet and built-in cabinet space with drawers in the hallway. You can unpack if you want to or just live out of your suitcase like happy travelers! The bathroom has convenience items stocked for you, a wall heater for the crisp mornings and window privacy glass window & operable skylight for sunshine and fresh air. The living room and kitchen also both have skylights and pull over shades to let in the California sunshine and or for moonlit evenings! Come, relax, and enjoy! You'll want to book again and again!! Wow! what a great review! There is much more to mexican food than beans but you can find Italian, Cajun Creole, Thai, South American, & several more within walking distance of the Casita! We have added a 2nd Casita and named it Casita Enfrente which is very popular as well!

Why can't I call Steven & Kathy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steven & Kathy (the owner) a message.

If Steven & Kathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
