From the owner

My house is located in the most beautiful countryside of Florence (Chianti/Valdarno), in a quiet and true florentine village which is 15 km from Florence down town. Great location for visiting Florence 15 km (a few meters there is a bus stop for the city),), Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano. The house is spacious (140 sqm), suitable for holidays away from the bustle and heat of the city.

The House was recently renovated,furnished with care with furniture in solid wood and Tuscan furniture .Really clean,bright with country views.the apartment is on the first floor of a two family house with separate entrance.

Private garden of 800 mt. equipped for outdoor dining.

In the village is a large public swimming pool surrounded by greenery.

At 3 km there is the famous shopping Outlet of brands fashion The Mall (Gucci,Armani,Dolce e Gabbana, Zegna,Prada,etc).

Near the house there are:

1 km:a nice public swimming pool surrounded by greenery

1 km: a restaurant/pizza with a terrace overlooking the pool

3 km: the famous outlet THE MALL,destination for shopping top brands at bargain prices

15 km :Florence city.At 100 mt is bus for Florence

3 km:country learn all shops (Incisa) .

300 mt there is a famous bakery prepares homemade pastries and homemade breads and a delicious cappuccino

This is available to access the Internet wifi.

House is in the typical Tuscany countryside, close to Trekking/Bikes tracks and Wine/Olive activities. . It is ideal for rest. Garden is very big, with threes and pets are allowed. Cars can be parked in the private parking across the gate.

When you arrive I will make the house keys and my book with all the information about your holiday (places, events, festivals, ...). You spend a wonderful holiday in my house.

Why can't I call Viviana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Viviana (the owner) a message.

If Viviana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
