Superficie 75mq: piano terra (50mq) sala-soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano letto per 2, camera con letto matrimoniale 2 bagni di cui uno senza doccia esclusivo della camera da letto, piano mansardato (25mq) adibito a camera con letto matrimoniale separabile in 2 singoli. Sono disponibili complessivamente 4+3 posti letto, oltre ad un lettino con sponde per bambini fino a 3 anni.

Camere climatizzate, camino, TV, cucina completa con stoviglie, lavatrice.

Su richiesta forniamo lenzuola ed asciugamani con un costo aggiuntivo.

Portico attrezzato di oltre 30 mq accessibile dalla sala con ampia porta finestra. Giardino esclusivo ben curato di 330mq con barbecue in muratura, doccia esterna, altalena, amaca e posto auto interno e ampia disponibilità di posti auto esterni. Piccolo magazzino esterno con giochi per bambini.

Il villino è ubicato presso un tranquillo residence Colle Circeo II, video sorvegliato con cancello elettrico, a 0. 5 km da negozi e servizi, 2. 5 km dal mare e 5 km dal porto del Circeo.

Si raggiungono agevolmente le spiagge di Sabaudia (8 km), Terracina (10 km) e dista 5 km dal Centro Visite del Parco Nazionale del Circeo per escursioni naturalistiche a piedi ed in bici tra foresta, laghi e laguna e la possibilità di godere delle dune e di una spiaggia incantevole sul versante occidentale.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Patrizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
