E’ una casa di famiglia in un giardino di ulivi, a cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia, completamente arredata in stile "Design anni '60" e ancora vissuta dai proprietari nei mesi estivi. L’ampio portico, il vasto prato, la quiete permettono momenti di tranquillità e giochi di bambini. L’ampio soggiorno confortevolmente arredato e con vista sul lago rende la vacanza attraente anche nei mesi non caldi, grazie all’impianto autonomo di riscaldamento.

In pochi minuti di passeggiata si raggiungono il suggestivo Porto e il centro storico del Villaggio, mentre a trecento metri c’è la fermata dei mezzi pubblici che portano alla scoperta delle meraviglie del Lago.

E’ adatta ad accogliere famiglie numerose. Dotata di tutti i comfort, è anche un affascinante luogo per lo studio e il riposo di tutte le età.

Thomas, Marina and their three nice dogs were perfect guests, leaving the house in order and cozy. They had a very appreciable attention to the house and enjoyed the spaces available as if they were old friends. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
