Nice duplex apartment (118 m2), with 2 closed bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with two single beds), 1 open bedroom and a large terrace. It is located directly above the Bahia Sur Shopping Center and 100 meters from the municipal sports complex of San Fernando (tennis, paddle tennis, squash, gym, soccer, etc.). In summer, there are two open swimming pools, with entertainment and a snack bar. From the apartment, it is easy to reach all the beaches of the Bay of Cadiz: 5-10 minutes by the beach of San Fernando (Camposoto), 10-20 minutes to the beaches of Cadiz (Cortadura, Victoria, Maria del Mar, Caleta, etc.), 20-30 minutes to the beaches of Conil de la Frontera, Roche, La Barrosa, Valdelagrana (Puerto de Santa Maria), etc. There are beaches for all tastes, but also near the Sierra de Cadiz (Grazalema) with its white villages. It is an ideal place for family vacations, but also weekends in couples throughout the year, for a few days of Carnival, or as a base to visit tourist sites on the Costa de la Luz and in the Sierra de Cadiz. The apartment is well connected both to reach by car (2 minutes from the highway, with large parking) and train (Renfe station of Bahia Sur 5 minutes walk). The apartment is newly renovated and has all the necessary equipment to spend a few days of vacation or a weekend.

Why can't I call Matthias (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Matthias (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Matthias (the owner) a message.

If Matthias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
