Appartamento trilocale(70mq) all'interno del complesso turistico EUROGARDEN Village Resort.

Il villaggio, adagiato in un vecchio oliveto, è strutturato come un piccolo paese con ampi viali illuminati dove sono ubicate le unità residenziali.

L'appartamento, dotato di sei comodi posti letto, è adatto ad accogliere anche famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici.

Dispone di TV Led in tutte le camere, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata (extra), lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, zanzariere, parcheggio.

A circa 700mt dalla spiaggia ed il mare cristallino di San Foca, è la soluzione perfetta per godersi una vacanza in famiglia nel cuore del salento.

La sabbia fine ed il fondale che degrada molto lentamente assicurano relax e divertimento anche per i più piccoli.

Situato all'esatto centro del resort, l'appartamento è composto da un luminoso ed ampio soggiorno con divano letto ed accesso all'area esterna, una cucina arredata e corredata di stoviglie e pentole, una camera con letto matrimoniale e guardaroba, una camera con due letti singoli (matrimoniale su richiesta), servizi privati e balcone.

Grazie alla tripla esposizione ed alla posizione angolare, risulta molto luminoso ed arieggiato anche nelle giornate particolarmente calde.

How do damage deposits work?
