The entry-level includes the primary en-suite king bedroom, gourmet kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, bar and powder room. From the living/dining room, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open out to the infinity pool, beachfront terrace with ample outdoor dining and living area.
The second level hosts three en-suite air conditioned king bedrooms, Nespresso bar with mini fridge, a cozy den and pool table. Two of the king bedrooms and the den/pool table room open onto the spacious second floor terrace providing spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean waves and the famous San Pancho evening sunsets.
Directly adjacent to the main house is a well equipped Casita with a kitchenette, living room, full bathroom and two bedrooms, one hosting two single beds and the other hosting a king bed.
