Casa Cascada is located in the prestigious residential area of San Pancho, Costa Azul. Beautifully decorated by British designer, Anthony Chetwind, Casa Cascada is adorned with elegance in its ample living space. The magnificence of this villa is apparent in the dramatic ocean vistas throughout. Perfect for a family or group of friends, Casa Cascada has the feel of waterfalls from the moment one enters. The professional, attentive staff make your experience even more relaxing as they provide gourmet meals for you if you so desire, or, you can make your way down the villa’s stairway for a brief 5-minute walk to the La Patrona Beach Club, where one can enjoy the large beachside pool with full restaurant.

Stairs meander through lavish tropical flora creating pathways to the many private nook ending on the sculptured ocean view infinity pool which is surrounded by padded lounges and chairs. Four masterly designed en-suite bedrooms; each nestled in their own private area afford the best in luxury and seclusion. The expansive living room adjoins a tropical outdoor dining room overlooking the pool. Located on the same level is the kitchen, dining room, outdoor gas barbecue and a wet bar including a refrigerator and ice-maker. Another unique feature of this property is the multitude of quiet alcoves and a den/entertainment room, which affords guests the ability to retreat for quiet time and/or enjoy Satellite TV and DVDs.

Located on the top of the hillside, Casa Cascada affords magnificent ocean views throughout, however, a quick 3 minute walk will take you to the main San Pancho beach, just 200 yards away and the staff will arrange private beach chairs, umbrella and snack for a pampered day on the beach. Relax indoors or under the stars by the pool, gaze at the stunning, multi-colored sunsets while sipping an evening cocktail and listen to the surf breaking as you are lulled to sleep.
