The Podere Magione Holiday Farm is capable of offering various possibilities for your stay in Tuscany, also maintaining an intimate, family atmosphere, considering its modest size.

CIPRESSO APARTMENT has one bedroom with twins beds(or the possibility to have a big bed aswell), one bathroom with shower and hairdrayer, a kitchen/dining room and a terrace with the view to San Gimignano, spacious garden with a fantastic landscape . This apartment has own entrance, reserved outdoor space, satellite TV, mosquito nets wi-fi connection, laundry.

It is possible to add a cot and/or an extra bed for child under 12 years old.

The solution I explained above can be suitable for couples, friends or families with children.

The structure is situated on one of the most ancient routes of the pilgrims, the way is called "VIA FRANCIGENA" just a few kilometres from San Gimignano

It's necessary to specify that we have the tourist tax , it's of 1,50 euro per person over 12 years old per 5 nights only, this amount must be settled during your holidays directly to the owner.

This apartment is for 2 people (46 m²) and is made up of a spacious room with twin beds (which can be joined by request), an elegantly furnished bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room and an outdoor terrace measuring about 20 m², offering a fabulous view of San Gimignano. All the rooms have the characteristic ceilings of old Tuscan farmhouses, made of terracotta and wooden beams.

    If Gianna e Renata (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
