La nostra struttura è formata da 2 piccoli ma accoglienti appartamenti, situati al primo piano di una palazzina situata a circa 100 metri dalle mura di San Gimignano. L’appartamento Aurora è stato ristrutturato quest’anno (2021), con rifiniture di qualità, è dotato di 2 camere matrimoniali, una ampia ed una piccolina, e cucina con aria condizionata (per un totale di 3 split), di un bagno con ampia doccia ed è dotata di 3 TV satellitari con canali internazionali.

Nuovissimo, appena ristrutturato (2021) con materiali di qualità, rispettando le linnee per il rispetto dell’ambiente, l'appartamento è situato al primo piano di in un condominio molto tranquillo a circa 100 metri dal centro. Seguendo la strada in circa 5 minuti vi potete trovare direttamente nel cuore della città. A circa 100 metri dalla nostra struttura si può trovare parcheggiare negli spazi liberi senza la necessità di pagare. L’alloggio, come detto in precedenza è stato ristrutturato pensando all’ambinte per un futuro più sostenibile, è dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata Daikin classe A+, piano di cottura ad induzione Neff, scaldabagno a pompa di calore in classe A+, finestre ad alto isolamento termico ed acustico. Infine è dotato di 3 TV satellitari (Samsung una in ogni camera da 32” ed una in cucina da 40”) con ingresso USB, di cui due smart TV, connesse alla rete, dove possibile vedere le app più comuni come Netflix, YouTube, Infinity, Tim vision ecc. Come detto, è composto da 2 camere, una ampia ed una piccolina, e cucina con aria condizionata e bagno con ampia doccia. Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di Wifi con fibra TIM 200 Mbps. La cucina è dotata di angolo cottura con forno elettrico standard, forno a microonde e tostapane. Nell’abitazione potete trovare anche ferro ed asse da stiro, ventilatori, lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, bagnoschiuma, stoviglie e di tutto quello che necessita per il soggiorno. Come detto in precedenza la vicinanza al paese e la possibilità di parcheggiare senza dover mettere la macchina nei vari parcheggi a pagamento, la rendono molto comoda, da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le località più importanti della Toscana, come Firenze, Siena, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Volterra, ecc.. La fermata dell’autobus che porta nelle principali località toscane dista poche decine di metri.

Il centro storico dista circa 100 metri dal centro storico, in pochi minuti di passeggiata si può arrivare nel centro del paese. Ancora a 100 metri si può parcheggiare gratuitamente negli spazi liberi. La posizione di San Gimignano fa si che si possano raggiungere le più importanti località toscane facilmente, in circa 30 minuti si raggiunge Siena e Volterra, circa 45 minuti Firenze, 1 ora Pisa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giacomo (the owner) a message.

If Giacomo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
