If you are a big family or a large group of friends, the ideal place to spend your holidays in full relax and confort is this elegant property with exclusive swimming pool and garden that can accommodate 12+1 people, composed by an independent Villa and a nice dependance.
The Villa Il Canto and the Residenza la Fonte apartment Bellosguardo, sharing a big private garden, are in the small village of Casale situated in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines, immersed in the enchanting Tuscan countryside and surrounded by panoramic views of the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests.

Just a few kilometres away you can visit the birth town of Giotto and Cimabue, the Etruscan archaeological excavations and Dicomano is only 10 minutes away where you can find shops, supermarkets and banks.

From Dicomano's small train station you can comfortably take a train directly to Florence's city center in just 30 minutes, saving yourself all the hassle of city's traffic and parking.

Lake Bilancino a perfect alternative to the seaside with every water sport imaginable up for rent, is only 20km from the property and the endless long beaches of the Adriatic coast are 140km away.

second level ( you walk down 10 steps): fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, electrical stove, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine) with dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. From this level you go out to the private garden equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

swimming pool (opened mid april –end of september) outdoor heated hydromassage pool ( 3x3 depth 90cm - 4 seats or 2 comfortable loungers) positioned in a panoramic area of the garden, sunbeds, fitness room, fenced-in equipped garden, a spacious furnished veranda ideal for outdoor lunches, a wood oven, a BBQ and a fountain from which you can drink the fresh spring water of Ortale.
