Spacious open living & dining areas are served by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a 50 inch LCD TV with Apple TV & entertainment centre in living room.

The two bedrooms offer private attached baths, luxury bedding (600 thread count sheets), fine linens, 100% down pillows and a 50-inch TV with Apple TV

Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living Rooms all face the swimming pools and ocean with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors accessing the terrace. The huge 400 s/f terrace is fully equipped for outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining or sun tanning - with three sitting areas including an elegant 4 person round dining table. Patio also has a deluxe Ducane stainless steel Gas Barbeque.

Elevator access to large warm and cold swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court (coming) and fitness room in retail building by highway. Easy walking distance to convenience store (Traders Mini-Super) and beach access too many restaurants, including Coral Baja’s 'Mama Mia's' Restaurant (next door) and Zippers Beachfront Restaurant (5 min walk on beach). Fast food restaurants (Domino's Pizza & Subway) are located 2 minutes walk on 4 lane highway in the Coral Baja development next door. Mega Grocery Store (comparable to a large Wal-Mart) is 2 blocks away.

El Zalate is located a few minutes drive to the centre of San Jose de Cabo for some of the finest dining in the Baja or to world-class golfing, surfing, snorkeling and deep sea fishing all located on the corridor stretch. Enjoy whale watching from the fourth floor terrace or surf casting from the beach. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is a short 25 minute drive down the 4-lane highway.

Wonderful place, incredible deck with big living space. Convenient to restaurants and stores. Walk the beach next door to a great restaurant. Les was extremely helpful and anxious to accommodate.

How do damage deposits work?
