Beverly Hills 55, [Las Colinas]. The wonderful apartment is situated approximately 15 minutes walk to the restaurants and supermarket. The beaches and promenade in San Juan are approximately the same distance and give the chance of both poolside fun and sandy beach holidays. The urbanization is entered via automatic remote gates and you can park more or less outside the apartment in a safe environment. A lift or stairs will take you up to the front door. Inside there is an open plan lounge diner with lovely big windows giving views over the village and the sea. in the lounge is 2 comfy sofas, LCD TV with Spanish and UK channels and free unlimited WIFI. Air-conditioning throughout the apartment gives cooling in summer and heating in the winter. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs and is looked over from the separate kitchen which is fully equipped for your holidays. There is one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds both have airco/heating and wardrobes. There is a large family bathroom and also a further shower room. The large terrace has 4 sunbeds and looks over the bay of San Juan. A short walk down the hill will bring you to the main street which has several restaurants and bars, and another 2 or 3 minuted walk and you'll be on the fantastic promenade which runs the length of the perfect sandy beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
