STUNNNG VIEW of the bay in San Juan Del Sur. This 5th Floor BEACHFRONT condominium is located in the delightful small beach town of San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. San Juan Del Sur is located south of Managua airport and only 30 minutes from the border with Costa Rica. The condominium is located on a beautiful section of the beach within 15 minute walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities in town. There is a private beachfront clubhouse with a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and spa. The clubhouse has kitchen/bar area for your use – even an ice machine.

The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room in the unit with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are furnished with handcrafted bed frames made by local craftsmen, much of the other wood furnishings are locally made as well. Both bedrooms have comfortable new mattresses; the Master has a King, the second bedroom has beds a Queen and a Single. The beds are fitted with high quality US imported sheet sets for your comfort. There are two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar and granite countertops. The living room contains a large flat screen LCD TV, with cable TV (English speaking channels), a Blu-Ray DVD player, and an Blue Tooth audio player. Relax after a full day of activities on a soft leather sectional sofa. The sofa is large enough that it can be used as an additional sleeping area should you have the need. This condominium is very comfortably furnished.

An elevator will take you to the 5th floor where condo is located. The condo has a spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views. But be sure you also check out the Roof top terrace with spa and bar area. Parking is available at the condominium’s private parking lot. The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hr security.

When you are done relaxing by the pool or the beachfront, there is an amazing variety of things you can do while visiting San Juan Del Sur. The information package provided in the condo can help you with information on arranging activities like fishing, surfing, sailing, biking, horseback riding, zip line, or sightseeing to many of the nearby towns. I can arrange transport - I have a very reliable driver with a new van that can take you direct from the airport to the condo.

Wonderful pool, but between 24 hour barking dogs and music (noise) from beach establishments, impossible to sleep with window open.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dave (the owner) a message.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
