Beautiful NEW BEACHFRONT condominium located in the quaint unspoiled town of san Juan Del Sur which is located south of Managua airport and only 30 minutes from the border with Costa Rica. The condominium is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and amenities. There is a private beachfront clubhouse where you have the ease of self catering with kitchen/bar area and BBQ. There is a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and hot tub and direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach.

The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The top of the line kitchen includes a full cooker/oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, stainless steel hood. There is a laundry room in the unit with stackable washer and dryer. Two double bedrooms with comfortable new mattresses, two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar with granite countertops and seating for four. Spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views includes patio table with seating for six and a ceiling fan. There is a large flat screen TV with cable and English speaking channels. This condominium is very comfortably furnished. Roof top terrace with spa and bar area. There is an elevator which will take you to the 4th floor where the condo is located. Private open parking. Gated community with 24 hr security.

We can organize many tours like fishing, surfing, boating, biking, horseback riding, zip line, sightseeing of many nearby towns like the Colonial City of Granada, car for hireh etc. Any of these can be arranged by contacting us and booking prior to arrival. We accept Wire Transfer and PAYPAL for rental payment. For more than 6 persons contact us as other units are available in the same building.

The unique benefits of our property is that it is right on the beach. Most rentals in SJDS are either up in the hills or require a car. La Talanguera is steps from the sand, water and a short walk along the beach to town. No

car is necessary! You will not find another property in SJDS like ours!

I will be communicating with you until you arrive at the property. Once you arrive, our property manager will meet you at the condo. She will explain the ins and outs of the condo and answer any questions you may have. She will be available 24/7 to address any concerns or answer any questions during your stay. For the cost, and a small service fee, our property manager can see that you arrive at the condo stocked with coffee, food and drinks so that you will not feel pressured to run to the store immediately after arriving. This is particularly convenient when arriving late at night. For an additional small fee, we can make arrangements to have housekeeping and/or cooking services available during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
