La villa si trova in una posizione strategica, incastonata nella suggestiva baia di Maddalusa fra San Leone, centro nevralgico delle attività estive della Città di Agrigento e la Scala Dei Turchi, rinomato patrimonio UNESCO.
A pochi km di distanza si trovano alcuni dei siti piu suggestivi della Sicilia sud orientale, la Valle dei Templi e il giardino della Kolymbetra, il museo archeologico di Agrigento oltre che lo stesso centro città con tutte le sue attrattive e infrastrutture utili.
La villa è suddivisa in due stanze che si affacciano sul mar mediterraneo e tre che offrono la vista sul giardino della proprietà, una rigogliosa macchia mediterranea.Le stanze vista mare presentano un'ampia terrazza privata così come una delle stanze sul giardino. Tutte le camere sono fornite di bagno privato.
Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di ampio soggiorno e cucina e uno splendido patio con vista. Il giardino è anch'esso a disposizione per usufruire di zone relax e della sua lussureggiane vegetazione.
Il padrone di casa si occuperà personalmente della vostra accoglienza o in sua assenza uno staff di persone scelte, che vi offrriranno la loro disponibilità per qualsiasi necessità.
Su richiesta sarà fornito un servizio di pulizia giornaliero delle stanze ed inoltre per chi lo desiderasse sarà possibile organizzare il trasferimento andata/ritorno dai principaki aereoporti oltre che servizio di nolo moto e auto o imbarcazioni da diporto sia a motore che a vela per eventuali escursioni private o di gruppo.
