Just 45 minutes outside of Rome, all the apartments are outfitted with a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, mosquito screens, WIFI, a porch with table and chairs, and a shared swimming pool. Authentic Italian breakfast available upon request.Podere Calledro has always been an important horse riding school, it offers also mtb bikes, wonderful tracks and a small aircraft landing facility giving thus the opportunity for customers to land on the farm in their own light aircraft.• 5 Poolside Apartments: 50 square meters (with porch included). Two of these can be joined if required. Each apartment has: 1 living room with a double sofa-bed and is equipped with a kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower. Every apartment can accomodate 4 people with the possibility of adding 1 extra single bed.• 2 Ground Floor Apartments: 60 square meters (with porch included). Each apartment includes: 1 living room with a double sofa-bed and is equipped with a small kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bed in the open faced loft, and 1 bathroom with a shower. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EMANUELA (the owner) a message.

If EMANUELA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
