Superada la fase crítica de la Pandemia, abrimos de nuevo con medidas reforzadas de limpieza y desinfección para que nuestros clientes se sientan como en su casa.

Apartamento en pleno centro de Gijón, semiesquina a c/ Cabrales, al lado del parque Begoña y a 8 min. caminando de la Escalerona, centro de la playa de San Lorenzo. Recién reformado, con muebles, ropas y enseres nuevos. Muy tranquilo, al lado de la zona monumental, teatro, zonas de esparcimiento, parques, bares, restaurantes, sidrerías, supermercados y zonas de culto. Situado en segunda planta, NO apto para silla de ruedas por disponer de tramos de escalera para llegar al ascensor. NO se admiten mascotas.

Para la entada al apartamento y por exigencia legal, SE REQUERIRÁ DNI, pasaporte u otro documento acreditativo oficial a toda persona mayor de 16 años.

Un apartamento totalmente renovado, muy acogedor y en una zona céntrica. La propietaria muy atenta en todo momento. Si volvemos a Gijón repetiremos, sin duda.

Información al acceso público: “Apartamento en pleno centro de Gijón, a pocos metros del parque de Begoña y a 8 minutos caminando de la Escalerona, centro de la playa de San Lorenzo. NO accesible por disponer de tramos de escalera. Teléfono de atención permanente” Efectivamente el lavavajillas es el electrodoméstico del que no dispone, pero sí de tostadora y demás utensilios comunes de cocina. Quiero dejar muy claro que NUESTRA BANDERA ES LA LIMPIEZA Y LA ATENCIÓN PERSONALIZADA Y PERMENENTE y así lo reflejan la práctica totalidad de comentarios. Nuestros dos años consecutivos de concesión del CERTIFICADO DE EXCELENCIA, 2018 y 2019, por parte de Tripadvisor nos avalan y de los que estamos orgullosos. Por otra parte, “la propietaria brilló por su ausencia” solucionando de forma inmediata y a su costo el envío de un técnico por la manipulación incorrecta del mando de la tv y enviando como detalle una caja de bombones. Seguramente sería más rápida si conviviera con los huéspedes en el apartamento. Por otra parte, trasladaremos al Ayuntamiento que el barrio Centro, quizá el más cuidado de Gijón, no es muy agradable y que lo acerque un poquito a la playa. Mi pregunta final, ¿pueden los más de 200 comentarios, tanto privados como públicos, alabando la limpieza del apartamento, estar equivocados o sesgados? ¿O el nivel de exigencia de TODOS los demás está en un nivel inferior? A pesar de todo, siempre trataremos de superarnos. Muchas gracias.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
