This apartment has been the place where my parents lived and where I grew up .

It's a cosy and well equipped apartment where you can spend your Holiday.

It is composed of a Kitchen with a breathtaking view balcony where you can relax in front of a glass of wine.

A living room, two bedrooms and an other balcony overlooking the inland of our beautiful region.

San Lorenzo della Costa is , a small village,on the up-hills of Santa Margherita Ligure.

Not to be missed the feast of the village in August!

Three days of Music, food and fireworks!

And... If you like the atmosfere of little villages you can get in close contact with locals, have breakfast in a little bar where the owner will prepare you capuccinos and you will taste the focaccia!

Moreover if you have children infront of the apartment there is a nice playground where your kids can play and have fun!

    Perfectly located with a view over Santa Margherita - an easy walk down the hill or bus stop just 100m away. House is lovely as was our host. Highly recommend!!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
