This lovely 2 Bedroom air conditioned holiday apartment, with secure free to use Wi-Fi, is wonderfully located and has delightful sea views. La Noria is a large development which is built to the highest specification with marble flooring. Its beachfront location means the secure access to the promenade and beach are a stone's throw from the apartment. There is a balcony with dining table and chairs. The balcony boasts sea and coastal views which are stunning.Facilities include 24 hour security, underground private parking space with secure lift access to the garage, large enclosed swimming pool & children's swimming pool, (Pools are open summer months mid-June to early Sept) children's play area and 2 Paddle tennis courts, (Rackets provided - 2 adult & 2 children's) table tennis, (Bats provided) and a 5-a-side children's pitch.The really striking aspects of La Noria are the beautiful and expansive tropical gardens and water features. There is ample room for sunbathing, relaxing and La Noria has direct secure gated access to the Sabinillas Promenade and its Blue Flag beach which credits it with excellent standards of facilities and cleanliness. You will also find a number of Chiringuito's where you can relax on the beach and enjoy a choice of good menus.Internally this 3rd floor apartment is presented to an excellent standard with a spacious kitchen, open plan living / dining room with a sofa bed that can sleep an extra two guests and 2 good sized bedrooms. The property is air conditioned, fully furnished with TV , DVD with USB facility if you would like to bring your own films, & secure fibre Wi-Fi. The balcony boasts sea and coastal views which are stunning by day and create a wonderful ambiance by night. This apartment is a wonderful choice for those looking for a holiday which is within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Beach Towels not provided.

We have a local representative who lives in Spain and is close by. He will do a key handover with you on arrival and show you around the apartment and answer any questions that you may have. Arrival time is from 15.00 hrs Departure time is before 10.00 hrs This gives us time for the apartment to be prepared for further guests. However, we can endeavour to accommodate our guests further, by agreement only, for earlier arrivals or later departures, as we can appreciate flights can arrive early in the day and for departures, you do not want to be sitting at an airport for too long. This wholly depends on circumstances at that time.

Why can't I call Philip (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philip (the owner) a message.

If Philip (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
