Remodeled 3x3, 2,200 square foot executive home with royal mahogany hardwood throughout. In-floor heating throughout with exec kitchen, island cooking.

Pool table with Table Tennis, and 65" mounted tv for movie time. Netflix and streaming available. Network TV (ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX, misc air channels) included. Bring your Firestick and plug into the hdmi port to make it easy.

Deck and back yard view to Bishop's Peak with BBQ, Traeger, and fire pit. You'll find amazing views from front of home toward San Luis Mountain, plus easy hiking access. One mile hike from door to top of mountain.

The house is 3,000 square feet total, but we close off the top story master bedroom to keep our personal items. You still have the upstairs office with views of San Luis Mountain, aka. Madonna.

We travel in our RV during your stay in our home, so you have the entire place to yourself, including the garage and 6 space drive parking.

We're open to short term or longer term rentals since we travel so much. 30 days minimum and 90 days max.

Located in historic San Luis Obispo, CA on the central coast and right in the middle of wine country. Approx 9 miles to Moro Bay, Pismo, Oceano Dunes, and Avila Beach. Walk or bike downtown or to Cal Poly, both are about a mile from the house. We are also within a short drive to numerous lakes which are great for wake boarding, fishing, or kayaking.

We have great restaurants, unique shops, and amazing walking paths along the creek downtown. Frisbee golf in wide open parks, museums, hiking and wineries are also waiting to be explored. We have spectacular views in every direction. Borrow our bikes and leave your car behind, or simply start walking and you'll be hiking the beautiful trails within minutes.

Our remodeled home is of late 50’s era, located right on the slope of San Luis Mountain looking over to Bishop's Peak. We added about 1,700 sq. feet so it's very comfortable and the layout flows well between bedrooms and living area. Guests have the entire bottom floor, (about 2,200 sq. feet). The office upstairs is open as a 4th bedroom, work, or just coffee on the balcony.

The trail heads to either mountain summit are a short neighborhood walk away and the views from the top are amazing. Our neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and tranquil, perfect for either a relaxing weekend, longer term stay, or a work trip that requires some concentration.

The home is remodeled and very homey. Master bathroom with walk-in shower. This is Bedroom #1 which has a very comfortable queen Beauty Rest pillow top bed. Bedroom #2 is new memory foam queen, and Bedroom #3 is a queen bed with office desk.

The entire house has radiant in-floor heating, including the original section of the home which has also been insulated.

The space flows well and is very comfortable for a longer executive stay where a furnished home is required for temporary housing.

Length of stay that is available mostly depends on our travel schedule so please inquire and we'll discuss. Don't take offense if we turn you down, it just means that it's not a fit at this time.

House rules

CLEANING POLICY: Leave it as you found it and no cleaning fee will be applied. Leave it a mess and we'll have to charge $150 for cleaning service. Sheets/towels; leave in laundry room on floor.

NO PARTIES: We get fined for parties. Trust me, SLO enforces this due to the large presence of college kids. Zero tolerance and I'll have to pass the fine on to you. Not cheap.

FLOORS: Please be mindful of the wood flooring. It's engineered hardwood and it scratches easily.

FUN: Please have lots!
