Casa Cedrina B is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps three people. From Casa Cedrina B you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. Casa Cedrina B is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from San Marco di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach.

Casa Cedrina B is located on the ground floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Cedrina B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Casa Cedrina B is along a 500-meters (1640 feets) country road. Casa Cedrina B is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The swimming pool is 9.5 meters (31 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.80 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.

Garden

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Parking

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.  Garden

The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room also has two small windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
