Apartment located in a luxury urbanization 20 meters from the Cotijo Blanco beach, security, well lit and 2 parking spaces within the residence, next to the beach: 1 suite and 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and furnished, 1 terrace in two rooms overlooking the sea, garden and pool, 1st floor. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living room has a flat screen satellite TV and leads to the terrace, which has a breakfast room and another for meals, outside the dining room. Suite with a double bed / a folding bed and satellite TV, a safe and a room with two single beds. The apartment is completely renovated, air conditioning, heating and appliances are all new. Fantastic, very nice, garden area with several kinds of birds, swimming pool in operation throughout the year from 10:00 to 22:00. Quiet, near golf and paddle courts, equestrian schools, excellent conditions, the southwest exposure: Urbanization Castiglione 1, Marbella town: San Pedro Alcántara-Nueva Alcántara-Playa del Cortijo District, near common transport, several restaurants and supermarkets : Very well located area with easy access to Marbella, Puerto Banús and Guadalmina Baja and Alta. J vous recommande à tous les propriétaires de vous loyer, car vous êtes une famille formidable, respectueuse du bien d’autrui, est très attentionnée vis-à-vis de la gestionnaire et de mon travail. Je vous signale que ces deux dernières années de plus en plus des locataires me demandent de revenir, d’ailleurs une famille suissesse vient de louer tout le mois de juin prochain, et peut-être une partir de septembre/octobre. Alors, soyez très attentive au calendrier. Merci beaucoup et à très bientôt. Thank you for your trust, your friendly published opinion, and especially to recognize our work, so that we can follow our policy to welcome. J recommend to all owners of you rent, because you are a family great, respectful of others, is very caring towards the Manager and my work. Why can't I call Carlos Romero (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Carlos Romero (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carlos Romero (the owner) a message.

If Carlos Romero (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
