Apartment located in a luxury urbanization 20 meters from the Cotijo Blanco beach, security, well lit and 2 parking spaces within the residence, next to the beach: 1 suite and 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and furnished, 1 terrace in two rooms overlooking the sea, garden and pool, 1st floor. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living room has a flat screen satellite TV and leads to the terrace, which has a breakfast room and another for meals, outside the dining room. Suite with a double bed / a folding bed and satellite TV, a safe and a room with two single beds. The apartment is completely renovated, air conditioning, heating and appliances are all new. Fantastic, very nice, garden area with several kinds of birds, swimming pool in operation throughout the year from 10:00 to 22:00. J vous recommande à tous les propriétaires de vous loyer, car vous êtes une famille formidable, respectueuse du bien d’autrui, est très attentionnée vis-à-vis de la gestionnaire et de mon travail. Je vous signale que ces deux dernières années de plus en plus des locataires me demandent de revenir, d’ailleurs une famille suissesse vient de louer tout le mois de juin prochain, et peut-être une partir de septembre/octobre. Alors, soyez très attentive au calendrier. Merci beaucoup et à très bientôt.
