Finca Doña Sofia Maria is located in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia) and is surrounded by the best beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. An oasis, a special and full of charm. Disconnect the 100% stress and noise. An ideal place to find peace and tranquility in a family atmosphere site. This tourist enclave provides an opportunity for people looking for free spaces very broadly in a green and fresh environment and 5 minutes from the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Rustic style houses are equipped with everything you need for a land- and sea holiday and have a spacious terrace overlooking the landscaped grounds. For example Casa Lucia is ground floor, has approx. 50 m2 with the following distribution: Living room with two beds (0.80 m X 2.00 m). Dining room, kitchen, shower room, patio. The bedroom has a double bed in the dimensions 1.60 x 2.00 m (2 mattresses 0.80 x 2.00). SMART-TV and satellite dish. In front of the house is a terrace with furniture to enjoy their leisure time. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, gas stove, microwave, iron and ironing board for clothes, pots and pans. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 4 people. THE BEACHES OF MAR MENOR The Mar Menor is a saltwater lagoon next to the Mediterranean Sea, in the Region of Murcia (Spain). Their special ecological and natural characteristics make the Mar Menor a unique natural area and the largest saltwater lake in Europe. BEACHES OF SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR Las Salinas, Barraca Quemada, El Mojon Punta Algae, La Puntica, La Mota Tower Demolished, Villananitos.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
