MESSAGE ME AND IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU A BETTER PRICE, DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES!! Specify if you want the whole house or a LEVEL with shared amenities. THE PRICE SHOWED IS BASED ON ONE (1) LEVEL NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE. Check in at 2PM or later and check out is at 12 noon. Fully furnished, terrace and garden. Walled with motion lights. There are Ecofiltro water purifying filtering units located within the house. This saves you the money you would normally spend on bottled water! Our rooms are fully furnished and offer Wifi and Ethernet connections, a sitting area, full length mirror, a drawer that locks for your valuables, computer desk, and private bathroom and shower. There are two (2) bunk beds in each room. One (1) bunk bed is a queen on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The other bunk bed is a twin on top and on bottom, which enables you to sleep up to five (5) people per room or more. Each bunk bed has three (3) large built in drawers for all your clothes. All trash must be separated ORGANIC and INORGANIC. There is no smoking in the house, but it is allowed on the terrace. please use the sand buckets provided. Please be respectful of the other guests and the locals. All issues or repairs must be done WHENEVER it is available, in San Pedro repair men will only work on their scheduled time. Please stay off the grass in the garden, and DO NOT flush toilet paper, please put it in the garbage. Thank you.

San Pedro is also known as the best place to visit on Lake Atitlan for learning Spanish, weaving, and much more. The many international bars and great food make for a lively night life!

    Mitch, Thank you guys so much for such a great review! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Casa Merrell. It is always a plus when your guests love your house as much as you do, and treat the home as well as you guys did. Our goal is to have our guests experience the local culture, but still have the comforts of home during their stay. We are always working on making our home better. We will be back in San Pedro in a couple weeks (for the whole summer) and plan on doing many more improvements for our guest’s enjoyment. For example we are installing a fire pit, a propane grill, sitting area on the other side of the home, and much more!     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cliff (the owner) a message.

    If Cliff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
